Do you suffer from mental health difficulties? Or need a space to relax, socialise and make new friends? If so, we are the place for you!
We offer a therapeutic 12 week programme with
- Horticultural therapy
- Gardening activities
- Free lunch and refreshments
- Cook and eat sessions
This year we will be running our 12-week social and therapeutic horticulture programme to welcome refugees and asylum seekers. If you are interested in taking part or referring someone please email growinghope@hcf.org.uk
